KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man is in custody after he barricaded himself inside a residence early Monday afternoon. The suspect was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said they saw who they believed to be wanted people driving a car. The pair bailed from their car, and one person was immediately taken into custody.

  1. Well of course Rental percentages are increasing - individuals have to obtain mortgages from Banks in order to buy homes, but Developers have access to Taxpayer's money to finance their building of rental properties.

    Bribery and corruption tip the scales in only one direction.
