State Board Seyz Greg Orman Can Stay On Kansas Ballot And Give Away Governor's Race To SecState Kobach

The complaint about petitions from Kansas Democrats was bogus, embarrassing and betrayed their values . . . Here's the end game:

State board says Greg Orman will be allowed to remain on governor's race ballot

A state board has ruled Independent candidate Greg Orman can stay on the ballot for the Kansas governor's race. An objection was filed earlier in the week. That objection surrounded the validity of Orman's petitions submitted to be an independent candidate. Orman needed 5,000 signatures from registered voters.

  1. some trumpsters and many rino republicans will vote for him, for a variety of reasons: local leadership, management skills, sales and promotion talent. these attributes are actually the ones needed to be a good governor, not ideology and not technical expertise.

many good governors have been moderates, sometimes democrats. at least in the old days.

  2. He was President of Boys' Nation in high school. He has some innate talent, for sure.

He sounds a little preachy, now, however.

He needs something more positive, more inspirational, in his pitch.

  3. Laura Kelly is too competent and strong herself to drop out, as happened with the Roberts senate race.

It's possible that she could get traction and win.

  5. The Ralph Nader of Kansas politics.
Splitting the moderate vote will ensure a Kobach victory.
He couldn't have planned it better himself.

  6. Dems are eating their own again. Fascinating how they threw their own candidate for senate under the bus for this clown in 2014 and now it's come back to bit them in the ass.
