Cell phone repair leads to 'phone number swap' and racist text messages
A Blue Springs family is furious with Sprint after a cell phone repair went horribly wrong. Almitra Busan says somehow her phone number was removed from her device and given to another customer who decided to send hateful nasty messages to her contacts posing as her. "I thought how could this be happening?
"Forget about it Jake, it's Sprintown."
