DeleteHorrible. That poor child. Who was watching this little boy? Where were any (responsible) adults? Lots of unknowns here, but what needs to happen is a mental evaluation of the kid who did this. This is abnormal behavior. Ever see "The Bad Seed"?

ReplyDeleteThorough and ongoing psych forensics may point to details not yet known, or released to the public. Like, say, the 8 year old committed the attack along with (an)other assaulter(s)...meaning a person splashed and another lit the victim up.
ReplyDeleteInvestigations may uncover that the 8 year old was "dared or directed" to burn the child by (an) idjit crimmie(s) of adult age who had some vendetta against someone(s) connected to the burned boy.
Anyone else wonder if there's a whole other truth, and that 8 year old has been coached to take the blame to keep some F'd up adult from charges?
Or, did some goof intentionally give the victim access to an E-cig or Fattie, as in, thinking it was cute to let the kiddies "smoke"? And, then the stupid E-cig exploded, or the Fattie fell onto the little guy's shirt that got pulled up over his face to try to get the burning shirt off?
