Senator John McCain Dies And Extreme Prez Trump Loyalists Spit On His Gave

The Senator is one of the few who stood up to the Prez and was actually mocked by the Commander-In-Chief . . . Latest news reveals he didn't want him at his funeral. In fact, "bad blood" remained between the Prez and the Senator until the end. To be fair . . . The Prez did send his condolences.

Nevertheless, what we're seeing locally is hardcore fanboys continuing the feud and serving as political target practice for more reasonable denizens of the discourse.

Meanwhile, he's a loose local connection that misses most of the debate regarding the senator:

When Sen. John McCain came to KC: a one-on-one interview | The Kansas City Star

In 2008, Sen. John McCain made a campaign swing through Kansas City when he was the Republican presidential nominee. In this video with The Star's Dave Helling, he talks about running against Barack Obama, the Iraq War and the economy. McCain died Saturday at age 81.

  1. Interesting seeing the left praising McCain.

  2. NPR takes the opportunity in reporting "Wetstart" McCain's death to squeeze in a negitive on Trump. NPR is the best example of one sided bias news. Put your brain in the political middle and objectively listen.

  3. Helling was a douchebag back then as well. His liberal bias was oozing all over that interview.

  4. McCain did a great disservice to his country over the last couple of years. He was a narcissistic, thin skinned, back stabbing, whiny little bitch and we are better off without his lying, two faced phony bullshit.

    1. His biggest disservice was that he lost to Obama.

  6. His diagnosis was the first evidence of him having a brain in 35 years as a politician. The Main Street media and the socialist democrat party have loved him for decades because he reliably joined them on nearly every issue. He falsely made me think that “maverick” means you bend over to the opposition every chance you get. He pretended that siding with the left made him noble instead of traiterous to his otherwise stated ideals. Other than that, I give him the respect he is due.

  7. He called out the fucker that had the bridge to nowhere. Ted Stevens AK.
    Good for him.

  9. ^^^ That campaign, Romney's and Dole all were the GOP joining the take over. Those 3 campaigns were an act, Rino treason.

Trump is our last hope, grow up America !

  10. McCain did not do this country any favors. He was a brain damaged placeholder for at least the last 2 years. Forget Vietnam, he really earned his true MIA status in recently.

He was too sick to even show up in the Senate since last fall. His questions in committee hearings were incoherent in 2016. Talk about a traitor, his 2017 "Look At Me" narcissistic moment was his overly dramatic midnight thumbs down vote on repealing Obamacare.

If he was a real hero, he would have retired and not run for reelection in 2016. After his diagnosis, he should have resigned and let an able bodied conservative take his seat in 2017.

Trump has every right to be mad. He was captured by socialists in Vietnam and captured again by socialists here in the Senate. Maybe it was a bad case of Stockholm syndrome and he never quit being a commie. I only wish we could send him off on a water board.

  11. McCain was already losing it mentally in 2008.

He said publicly Obama was not an Arab and was "a decent family man, citizen".

That's dementia talking right there. Anyone with just half a brain knew that wasn't true.

  12. @ 123, You're 90% right. McCain should have resigned two years ago but his daughter kept pushing him to stay so she could have some relevance on the VIEW.

She is the RINO. She can't get over the campaign comment Trump made about him not achieving hero status. Things are said in campaigns then get shrugged off when the party closes ranks for the election and after. If not for brain cancer he would not have let her be his mouthpiece. He would have resigned and made his peace with Trump, she wouldn't let him.

Anyone that endures the torture for his country that he did is a hero. The NVC broke him after five years because they wanted to embarrass his father in the eyes of the American people.

John McCain ...RIP...Thank you for your service...Go with God

  13. Let's not forget he graduated 894 of 899 in his Naval Academy class and only went downhill from there. He only excelled at parting and crashing jets.

He really should be remembered as a member of the Keating 5.

A politician that breaks the law to line his own pockets is not Mavericky. That's cliche.

  14. I wonder if there's ever been a story into which Dave Helling didn't try and insert himself. He seems to think that claiming deep personal knowledge of McCain (really . . . based on one interview?) will someday give him name recognition beyond The Star's tiny circulation. Not the first time (or the 50th) that he's pulled this nonsense.

He'll never swim in waters beyond his very small pond. Helling has less celebrity clout and respect than most KC meteorologists.

  18. R.I.P. U.S. Senator John McCain. Thanks for your heroic service in war as well as public service. Your voice will be missed.

  19. 1:58, George McLellan graduated first in his West Point class but proved incompetent as a military leader. George Custer graduated last in his class but was a fine combat officer in the Civil War. The point being, academic excellence does not always mean life success.

Who knows whether McCaiin was an accomplished pilot or an effective military leader. But he became a hero when he refused release from captivity unless his fellow prisoners also were released.

"Hero" my ass. Funded by George Soros, called "Songbird John", because torture worked on him while a POW. Songbird John was paid, controlled opposition for Jewish nation-wreckers. The Jewish Media is the perfect barometer for Patriots and Traitors--they shit all over Trump, which makes him a Patriot. They praise and gush all over Songbird John so he must be a Traitor. Burn In Hell.

  24. ^^^^^And what did you do in the war, Daddy?

  25. The war was never over son, so when I became a senator I shredded the files of 10,000 POW/MISs because they called me pussy.
