As soon as Kobach is sworn in, the entire lengths of the Missouri, Oklahoma, Colorado and Nebraska borders need to be fenced, and secondly bleachers need to be built so the Citizens of those functioning States will have a place to sit as they watch the entire cesspool of Kansas whirling down the drain.
