Independence man found guilty in dating-website rape in Platte County
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After a two-day trial, a Platte County jury found Bradley D. Everhart, 31, of Independence guilty of raping a woman he met through an online dating website. The verdict, which was handed down Aug. 7, means Everhart faces a minimum sentence of five years in prison for first-degree rape.
The defense attorney or the public defender could make the case that anyone on POF that picks a guy that looks like this should be expecting to be raped. He definitely looks like a rapist.
ReplyDeleteHis biggest mistake...not taking the girl to Jackson County for dinner. Jean Peters-Baker would have dismissed the case by now.
If you go on POF you might as well go on Craiglist to find a date. Dating sites are pathetic anyway.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness--apparently Mr Everhart is a former corrections officer at the Jackson County Detention Center. Oh boy.................!
ReplyDeleteSome of the raunchiest chicks are on POF. I usually get laid on the first date, but all Christian women are secretly super horny. If I don't get laid on the first date, I can usually hit up another POF chick to complete my night. Love POF. Cheaper than the bar scene and almost a sure thing. Thanks Jesus!
ReplyDeleteThe last time you saw pussy was when you were thrown from one and landed on your head.
DeleteIt was probably that fishy smell that got this guy caught.
ReplyDeleteIsn't POF the website Chuck uses?
ReplyDeletei think i had sex twice 4.5 years ago, 1000s of miles from this town.
ReplyDeleteAll women should try that, then we can see if there is a crime spike.
ReplyDeleteRape is only 5 years !? Hope he serves every day of it.
ReplyDeleteIf it was in Jackson County, Jean Petersucker Baker would have him on probation, if he was even charged at all.
DeletePOF is worse than walking through Wal-Mart.
ReplyDeleteThat guy looks like he rapes Dorito bags
