  2. Maybe he was a former inmate. They do not allow them to visit.

  3. He has no right to inspect anything, he’s a low level nobody, go do your job brandy and get my coffee for me bitch!

  4. What was there a real agenda to his visit?

He had notice the meet was postponed until he followed what appears may have been certain safety and security issues.

He was allowed to visit he just couldn't have the meeting he wanted to have.

So once again Ellington is playing a game here and not telling the whole truth. Not like he hasn't played this same game more than once before.

  5. ^^^I don't know. Did you ask him? No? Why not? You're on here boring the shit out of everybody else. Do your work first.

  6. Brandon Ellington, go back and ask again to be let in. Tell them you are a member of the Missouri State government. I hear that they have a list and your name is on it for free three hots and a cot.

  7. Law appears to be on his side. "The following persons shall be authorized to visit the correctional centers of the state at any time:  all authorized employees of the department, the governor, lieutenant governor, members of the general assembly . . ." RsMO. 217.265.

  8. Dude is show boating and grandstanding, but the law is certainly on his side. I would take a print out of that statute and demand access. There doesn't appear to be any accounting for security and safety measures unless you fall under subsection 3 and are a member of the clergy.

  9. You idiots he wasn't denied anything. He just wasn't allowed to have the group meetings with the inmates he wanted. 217.265 makes no mention of any rights to hold an assembly of their choosing once inside the facilities. So Brandon Ellington is simply trying to twist facts around and stir up bullshit that isn't there. A visit does not mean you have cartblache to run around giving orders on how things should be.
