Former Leavenworth police officer indicted in deadly shooting
A former Leavenworth police officer has been indicted for involuntary manslaughter for a deadly police shooting. Matthew Harrington has already been fired. The police department determined he violated their use of deadly force policy when he shot and killed Antonio Garcia Jr. in July 2017.
If he goes to jail, he'll be very popular.
