They guy who shot the 4 year old was sentenced Feb 2014 for his 4 felony convictions. The judge was some piece of shit named Edith Messina who allowed him to serve his 25 years of sentences concurrently. So 4 years later he does this. The piece of shit judge retired and joined Jean Petersucker Bakers office.
