Police respond to standoff near 18th & Topping Ave.
A standoff near 18th and Topping Ave Sunday morning. Kansas City, Missouri Police responded to a shots fired call just after 1 A.M. Sunday. When they arrived, a man fired in the direction of the officers and went back inside. Police evacuated the neighborhood. Negotiators are on the scene.
