KANSAS CITY MSM CELEBRATES 1.2K BURNS & MAC HIRING SPREE PRESSER!!!

This isn't news . . . It's an invitation to a local party that doesn't include much info regarding the company earning about $41.9 MILLION in KCMO cash and then MILLIONS MORE EVERY YEAR . . . Anyhoo, here's the local promise at payback as the end of a bull market approaches:

Burns & McDonnell Begins $42 Million Kansas City Headquarters Expansion, Will Hire 1,200

Saying it will hire around 1,200 employees this year, Burns & McDonnell announced that it is beginning work on a $42 million expansion of its Kansas City headquarters campus, the Kansas City Business Journal reports. What's actually the second phase of the firm's headquarters expansion will bring the addition of a four-story, 142,000-square-foot building and a 550-space parking garage.

  6. FACT: After buying Sylvester James, the city of KCMO approved blight designation to the building site, financed the Burns and McDonnell HQ expansion, exempted employees in the new space from paying full earnings tax rate, granted a boatload of incentives and tax breaks, while allowing them to skirt their tax obligations to local schools and libraries. All this for a private, wealthy corporation that is one of KC's most successful and the average employee earns $100K or more. WELFARE FOR THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTE TO SYLVESTER JAMES.

The vast majority (estimated 85-percent or more) of Burns and McDonnell employees do NOT reside within KCMO. The CEO lives in Lee's Summit and most all the other executives live in Kansas.

No wonder they're expanding again! They didn't pay for their last expansion, KCMO did.

Never forget that Sylvester James, Troy Schulte, Jolie Justus, and others, secretly colluded with Burns and McDonnell in attempts to award them a no-bid billion(+) dollar inflated cost airport terminal contract. They should be in prison.
