KCTV5: Man dead after being shot at 9th, Harrison in Kansas City
Deets:
"Witnesses told police the victim and suspect, a black man wearing a white shirt, were arguing when the suspect decided to shoot the victim, only described as a black male in his mid-20s. The suspect left the scene in an unknown direction."
