TKC EXCLUSIVE MUST SEE!!! AMID NORTHLAND KANSAS CITY TRASH CRISIS: COUNCIL LADY HEATHER HALL SHARES BEHIND THE SCENES CLEANUP NEWS!!!

We've heard a lot about the Northland KCMO trash crisis, and while it's been fun to see the plebs complain and beg for cleanup, there isn't a lot of insight into HOW this kind of thing get fixed.

Until right now . . .

TKC EXCLUSIVE MUST SEE!!! CHECK THE LATEST FROM NORTHLAND COUNCIL LADY HEATHER HALL OFFERING INSIGHT INTO KCMO TRASH DEETS!!!

Whilst Mayor Sly is pouting about Prez Trump and all of the other politicos in KCMO are scrounging for reelection cash. It's nice to see an elected official putting in work regarding an ongoing problem and communicating effectively with constituents.

Here's the word:

Council Lady Heather Hall: "Held public meeting on Northland trash issue today at City Hall. The plan is for short-term addition of more trucks and staff to collect trash/recycling on correct day. Mid-term to add tracking devices on trucks to make sure routes are cleared in correct order and not missed as well as review quantity of routes, days and new build developments that will impact collection times. Finally, develop a long term solution that may include multiple solutions depending on parts of the city. I prefer lidded rolling bins to save on trash bags, bag tags and blowing recyclables around as well as environmental and safety concerns for the collectors. We will host an update meeting in 30 days to see if progress has been made. To date (January-July) there have been over 7500 missed pick-up calls to 311."

  1. Thank heaven SOMEBODY is doing something. There are parts of my neighborhood like they haven't seen a trash truck in weeks.

    1. Pay close attention, this is why KC should really start thinking about electing more CONSERVATIVE leaders. While everybody else is mugging for the camera, looks like TKC grabbed this from social media where Heather was relating back info to her constituents in a live stream.

We have so many politicians virtue signaling online but very few of them are answering questions with information that people actually want. Nicely done Heather Hall. I live in the Northland and voted for you before, will be happy to do the same again.

    2. ^^^^ That's nice but KC is a dump. We've only got one or two council members who actually want to try and fix it. That says a lot.

  2. Should be a lesson to everybody who runs for office. Nobody cares what you think about Trump, we just want to know how you're going to take care of basic services.

  3. While I commend Council member Hall on her work in this situation we must still think about the big picture. Trash pick up is great but it's not what makes a city world class. For that we need big ideas and tourism, things like the streetcar and a new airport are what really put us on the map. Nobody visits a city because the trash pickup is great.

So while TKC is praising Heather Hall for picking up trash, Mayor Sly James and Councilman Reed and Councilman Taylor have been doing much more important work that makes Kansas City best and really makes a difference for our future.

Tastes like trash, but that's not what makes this shitter gobbler piehole of mine, world class!
Me, speaking in platitudes and pronouncements so ridiculous, brings the big ideas and tourism.

    3. So in other words who cares if your trash gets picked up as long as youre a faggot millenial on the sly james train to no where

  4. Go4KC said "Trash pick up is great but it's not what makes a city world class." He is correct. It is the trash that is not picked up that makes a city world class. Just look at San Francisco and Los Angeles as prime examples. Also look at the bio hazard at the state social services building. Now that is world class.
The reason Heather jumped on this is because the powers to be want the e-tax to pass.
KCMO already has 25 million visitors anally so, Go4Kc how many more tourists does a city need?
A big a good idea is for the city to take of the basics.

  5. God you people really have no lives! To waste one moment on matters as trivial as this, shows that most of you to be a waste of time. Go find something else to do. You people are boring and awful.

  6. I would STRONGLY encourage both Heather Hall and Katheryn Shields to enter the Mayor's race.

They don't even have to raise a lot of campaign cash.

These two Council members need to have a seat at the debate to raise real issues that matter to KCMO residents. Otherwise, further attempts will be made to marginalize them.

Remember that Mayor James used his committee assignments in an attempt to keep Shields and Hall away from his priority projects. Credit to these ladies for attending any and all Council committees that they wanted to, which is their right as Council members.

Jason Kander, Scott Taylor, and Jolie Justus (before she quit) are NOT what KCMO residents desperately need.

  7. finally trash cans like the rest of the city

  8. Giant lidded trash cans won't work in some parts of town; they'll just be one more eyesore we all have to look at.

  9. Those plastic rolling bins get tossed down the street with decent winds and storms, sometimes we don't get home for hours and it is blown in a neighbors yard. Or they will go into my yard.

No thanks, I'll just place plastic bags for them. She does have good ideas to hold the trash service pick up service accountable. We are paying them after all.

  11. I guess ending affirmative action hiring was not an option. If you need tracking systems to make sure the route is followed, you're hiring the wrong "people".

  12. GPS tracking doesn't work very well when it comes to snow removal in the Northland!

On the rare occasions when any efforts are made at all, the City trucks blow through residential neighborhoods at 45 MPH with their scraper blades raised six inches in the air.

Calls to 311 result in "our GPS records show those streets were scraped on..."!

  13. Teresa Loar was such an embarrassing failure on her naive desire to “renovate KCI to the bones” she should take a hard look at how Dan Fowler and Heather Hall have managed the trash issue on their side of town. It’s called being on the right side of the issue and not endlessly running your mouth without producing any results. And doing it all while you are sober.

    !! NORTHLAND DE-ANNEXATION NOW !!

(Have one for me, Chris - you're gonna need it!)

  15. After being called out above @5:56 for being ineffective and drinking too much, Teresa Loar responds @7:08 with a metaphor about - drinking?! -LMAO!! Such logic can only mean she started hitting the sauce early this evening in the 7 o’clock hour. No wonder she can’t get anything accomplished for her constituents.

  16. By not having infill with the leap frog developments it's no wonder you have trash trucks running all over the Northland and destroying our streets .

  17. A few months after Teresa Loar promoted her scarf business from her Gladstone, Clay County, apartment she claimed residency in Platte County to run for the City Council.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Well, no wonder she hasn’t accomplished anything as a council member she’s been focused on her mighty scarf business.
