KCK man charged in woman's fatal shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City, Kansas man is facing charges in connection with a woman's shooting death and the beating of another person. Gari A. Mansaw, 24, is charged with second-degree murder, first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action. Prosecutors say Mansaw killed Stephanie C.
