Here's a dubious local achievement which offers perspective on the losing local fight against pervasive Kansas City property crime . . . And the fact that we easily topped STL should encourage locals to watch their car just a little more closely . . . Checkit:
Kansas City has more car thefts than any other Missouri city
Kansas City has topped a Missouri list that it might not have wanted to. The city is tops in the state for car thefts, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Police say, when it comes to car thefts, location is key.
Another great milestone in crime for “Killa City”. I’m sure home burglary is another take home award as well.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Crime! Car thefts! My God! this is the Apocalypse! God help us all! So much crime!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDelete8:47 are you an urban gentrification hipster? Ha! I bet you would move to one of those dump homes on troost and when a bad crime happens in an obviously high crime area....you just tel everyone “gee I don’t know why it happened it’s a great area”.
ReplyDeleteIt’s people like him who vote for politicians who aren’t tough on crime. I bet he shivers in fear in the presence of Alonzo!
8:47 car theft is a problem for most people who don't ride scooters. A stolen car for the 99% of the population who can't ride the streetcar to work and who are too poor to get another car can be disaster. But for those who live in downtown tax abated condos - who cares.
ReplyDeleteIt is not surprising that Kansas City has more car thefts than any other Missouri city. It is the most populous.
ReplyDelete8:47 thinks rapin, robbin and murderin is normal everyday activity and is completely acceptable. He doesn’t own a car or home so he doesn’t care, got news for you peckerhead, we do because we have a lot to lose as for you, you don’t own anything, including a brain.
ReplyDeleteIt would be wonderful if for every stolen car, we were rewarded with one hood rat in prison for 10 years. But since we have Jean Petersucker Baker as prosecutor, nothing like that will ever happen. Just probation, so that they can continue to steal and rob.
ReplyDeleteYea! Yea! Hrumpf hrumpf! Blah blah blah!
ReplyDeleteHard to get to work in a Lenexa industrial park without a car. At 11 bucks a hour not likely gonna be buying a car. Eat the rich.
ReplyDelete9:09 you idiot, does the need for attention drive you to say stupid shit like that. Or do you work for the city where dreaming the incorrect figues is job security.
ReplyDeleteKansas City is smaller than St Louis butt breath.
11:22, you bonehead, the population of St. Louis is far less than the population of Kansas City. Look it up, chump.
ReplyDeleteOr are you too stupid to understand that there is a difference between "metropolitan area" and "city?"
The report is based on the metro areas not the two cities alone so you are arguing about facts that are not what this report is being based on.
ReplyDeleteSo in short while maybe not wrong you're not right either based on what this story is about.
So based on what this story is about, stupid dave still blows. Seems right.
ReplyDelete^^^^^^^Can't handle the truth can you? You still pissed that Hillary lost?
ReplyDeleteAgree that this story is about stupid dave blowing.
ReplyDelete^^^Agree this story is about you blowing.
ReplyDeleteAgreed you(dave) & stupid dave blow.
ReplyDeleteAwesome KCMO is now going after 3 records this year. Car thefts can be included with murders and most losses by the Royals.
ReplyDeleteWatch out KCMO is really building the momentum.
This is something Tram Slie is very proud of and very soon the New York rag will be doing a story on the 3 KCMO records.
Don’t forget about the pansie pothole program, they’ll set a new record for that too!
ReplyDelete12:00, I believe you are wrong about that. From the story: "The city is tops in the state for car thefts, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau." Later in the story there is a reference to the KC metro area, but that reference does not claim that the area has more thefts than the St. Louis metro area, which would be the only other competitor.
ReplyDeleteDemocrim run cities are infested with black crime, that’s what they should be investigating.
