    1. Giving Missouri teachers more money would be a waste given the test scores that we're seeing from students. Absolutely agree with Woody here, if you want to provide a greater incentive, then do it based on performance.

Kc school district screws it’s teachers and gives them a bad image, the school district forces the teachers to dumb down their classes so these hoodrat pieces of crap can pass, it’s never been about the kids it’s always been about the money the district and it’s management make. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this school district is allowed to exist is beyond me.
