KANSAS CITY 2018 HOMICIDE #62: MAN DEAD AFTER SUNDAY MORNING SOUTHLAND RESIDENTIAL SHOOTING!!!

The local cycle of violence continues to ramp up amid Summer 2018.

An important point that well-informed locals realize . . . Despite this year's significant middle-of-the-year homicide drop. Kansas City still confronts a longstanding crime problem and murders are well on their way to exceeding 100+ this year which is disproportionately high for this town's population.

The latest . . .

KMBC: Death investigation in KCMO

Scant deets:

"Police are investigating a fatal shooting at a home on Longview Road. 1 man has died. There isn't a suspect in custody at this time and police say they don't have a suspect description."

Again, this is murder #62 compared to 77 at this time last year.

  1. Too bad that our next mayor isn't going to do anything to stop the violence either.

    2. at this rate 135 easy and that's a shame because it will look like progress to the laymen but it's really just a sign that we've become so accustomed to a stunning level of violence in our city and we don't even think twice about the level of killing in our neighborhoods. It's standard operating procedure that if you're poor or you live in the wrong neighborhood that your death is quickly written off and nobody really thinks it's that big of a deal if or when you're gunned down.

  2. you can thank sLIE “all I care about is me” for the murderous black crime wave, and mean jean for being a worthless prosecutor and Frankie boy because he doesn’t believe in putting his people in jail

  3. The Mayor, the cops, nothing on this earth, is going to stop violent blacks from being violent blacks.

The media, politicians, the entertainment industry, Academia and especially the former administration in Washington DC, encourages and gives de facto permission for that same violence. The bogus bifurcation between whites and blacks is needed for the continued election of Democrat politicians by way of the Progressive Narrative that drives blacks to the polls.

Democrats take that "Hate Whitey" and "It's Society's Fault" shit to the bank every day, expecting them to call out blacks on violent crime is stupid.

We are dead, victims of a series of Black On White Hate Crimes by a Black serial killer who hated whites. He wasn't smart enough to pour piss out of a boot. His actions were the direct result of the Media, politicians, the Entertainment Industry and Academia promoting a false narrative. He listened to the repetitive calls for hatred against whites and killed us. There is a direct straight line reference by way of a blood trail, to the steps of the Obama White House for our deaths and the deaths of cops all over America.

  4. ^^ Well said and Slie appears to be following that false narrative as well as mean Jean for her lax approach to prosecuting.
Slie probably likes milk with his Cocoa Puffs.

  7. really gross. I smell a lot of old white men with enlarged prostates who are angry about who pathetic their lives turned out.

Get mad at whatever and whoever you want, but in the end you still have to live with yourself.

  8. Asking for Sly to pay attention to murder is a foo's errand. The solution isn't going to come from city hall. At best we can only hope to get all of these candidates for mayor to acknowledge that kc has a crime problem.

  10. Wasn't KCPD just bragging about the crime numbers?

  11. @7:35 Maybe us old white men who have worked hard our entire lives, bought houses, raised good children, paid our taxes, and obeyed the law are sick and tired of those who try to take it from us either by government or lawless acts of others. Too bad you'll never have as good of a life as we have. With old age comes wisdom. At this rate you'll never have any of the above.

  12. So true
735 doesn’t know what we know. That once upon a time big cities were vibrant, prosperous and livable for families. Yes there was crime, but not like today, and at that time crime was punished hard
In a way I sorta pity 735 and others like him. They think that living conditions in Kansas City have always been this way and never got to see anything better
