Nice homes in Btookside, but too close to high crime for me. Even brookside isn’t safe. Too many flamers living around there too.
ReplyDeleteI have lived in Brookside for 20 year. Yes, there are many homosexuals here but so what? What I can tell you is there are many married 30-something women the are good looking and like to have nsa sex. I have 3 of them on a regular basis and several others less frequently.
Delete534, best not go out between 6a and 9p lest you see your own shadow and get scared.
Delete555, as full of shit as a Xmas goose.

ReplyDeleteThis is good news for me, I will have a house for sale in Brookside late summer early fall, sounds like I may do better than I expected price wise. My neighbors are very friendly, it's going to make a great place for someone to live young or old.
I am a single man so my neighbors probably think I am a homosexual. I get to bang some of those housewives as well. Pretty easy pickings and they only want sex.
ReplyDelete@5:34-Don't ever go anywhere! It's way too dangerous out there! Stay in and get on a blog to complain about it at 5:34 AM. You're safer that way. Oh the crime! Oh the horror! Don't EVER go outside!
ReplyDelete7:36 are you a hipster?
ReplyDeleteThe lowest priced home was for 168,000 dollars, that's a lot of money plus as someone said its too close to the bad areas for me. not thanks I will live out in the suburbs. Goodbye city life, green acres are for me.
ReplyDeleteThe number of homosexuals living in Brookside may be overestimated. A lot of men who live there are weak and effeminate and may be mid-identified has homosexuals.
ReplyDeleteHouse prices are insane everywhere. Even Waldo is jumping up quite a bit.
ReplyDeleteThe studies I've read on the housing prices indicate that it will go up more and more as the demand for houses increase. Also people from California are defecting the state because of sky rocketing price of rent and homes plus they are taxed to death on top of it.
ReplyDeleteBeing a young couple or person trying to save enough money for their first home would be awful these days.
Currently in the Bay Area. Not much under a mil here, and that includes townhouses. Makes KC look like a bargain!
