Overland Park police: Suspect taken in custody following attempted kidnapping of child
Police in Overland Park said a suspect has been arrested after attempting to kidnap a child. The incident happened on Wednesday at 2:11 p.m. in the 6700 block of W. 110th St. Overland Park police say a man picked up an infant and that the child's mother did not know the man.
