ReplyDeleteRental inspection is a good thing, everyone deserves a safe and clean place to live and it will cut out slumlords, but it will also make rent go higher.
The costs will just get passed onto the person renting the place.
ReplyDeleteI understand both sides of the issue. Truth is there are a lot of renters that don't pay the rent or trash the apartment passing it on to the land lord.
