Here's FIRST WORD of a ruckus in Eastern Jack that reveals pits contenders against one another before voters have their say.

"In what amounts to little more than a slap-fight between two unknown, old and out-of-touch white guys, controversial legislative candidate Paul Wrabec has filed a lawsuit asking that a Jackson County judge throw one of his opponents off the ballot. Although these types of suits almost never succeed as courts are very reluctant to decide elections outside the ballot box, it will provide a nearly limitless supply of comical entertainment for politicos everywhere."

The Dems do a disservice to everyone when they fight like this. It's not a bad move on Wrabec's part but he could easily win if he just sticks running a good camapign.
