Police: Witness chases down driver in hit-and-run crash, head-on crash in Westport
A driver was taken into custody after a hit-and-run crash early Friday in Westport. Kansas City police were called at 12:34 a.m. to Westport Road and Mill Street. Accident investigators said the driver of a black Jeep Wrangler was heading west on Westport Road and hit a tan Cadillac at Mill Street.
