The Kansas City Police Department has released the identity of a man killed in a shooting inside a home Saturday evening. That incident happened around 5:45 p.m. near 28th and Kensington. Officers were called to the area to investigate a shooting. When they arrived, they found 30-year-old Michael Hooker shot to death inside a home.
