KC man arrested, charged for soliciting minor
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City man is facing charges of soliciting a minor under the age of 14. Johnson County, Kan. prosecutors Thursday charged Eric Kilgore, 41, with one count of electronic solicitation of a minor on Feb 4, 2018. Court documents reveal the victim was born in 2005.
