We used to walk around the neighborhood and pick up trash dropped by the brain-dead residents. The next day, without fail, there would be more trash in the same spots. We finally gave up trying to keep our neighborhood picked up. Good luck to the neighborhood groups, but it will be for nothing. Sad.
