  1. Biggest question: Who's going to buy a KCMO plant Harley now? ***Post-layoff-announcement-Hardley's get 'em while their hot!*** I expect a precipitous drop in quality control. Can't say I blame the workers though. I'd be hard pressed to give a chit about a job that told me they'll fire me as soon as the final orders are filled.

  4. Hardley's problems had nothing to with Trump or Obama for that matter. Anyone with an ounce of sense could see this writing on the wall many moons ago.

  7. Harley Davidson as a company has had so many ups and downs during its existence one wonders how they ever made it this far. The company in the past has displayed poor leadership with products at times that were same as junk. After this many years in the business you would think they would have learned from their mistakes but as we see they didn't. The Japanese invasion of motorcycles started many years ago and HD just ignored it. Indian bikes made a come back and they ignored that as well. Simply put they ignored their competition thinking they were untouchable and have learned they are not so but by then it was to late and HD suffers more of what has plagued them since 1901. Will they survive this latest downfall, time will tell if the company can pull anymore rabbits out of the hat.
