Immigration Attorney Says ICE Broke Her Foot, Locked Her Up
An immigration attorney said an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer broke her foot and locked her in a room early Tuesday morning in Kansas City, Missouri. Andrea Martinez told The Daily Beast she was dropping off a 3-year-old immigrant at an ICE facility to be reunited with his mother before they are to be deported to Honduras.
ReplyDeleteNO, ICE didn't just knock her to the ground, she was hanging with protesters and we all know how the liberal protesters are extremely violent. Another propaganda tool to bring discord and division to this country.
AND I bet there is another side to this story that she's not telling. I hope ICE comes out and tells the public.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't there, don't know anyone that was, I'm wiling to bet that when the officers blocked her from following them in the room we're going to find out she became aggressive.....but, lets just see. i hope ICE has video!
Oh you can tell by the way she is acting all she is doing is seeking attention. She is an officer of the court and is expected to act as one.

An earlier picture of her on TKC showed her smiling as she left the emergency room on crutches. About what? Her clients just got deported and she was injured. What was there to smile about? The publicity?

DeleteTV news at 9pm clearly shows Andrea the giant drama queen was blatantly defying verbal directives and proceeded to lean into the agent who was turning around to close and lock the door.
ReplyDeleteShe hestitated briefly at the threshold and crowded against an agent as he spoke to her. Then,she pushed her arms nearly up to her biceps while thrusting one of her legs into the doorway, obviously attempting to forcefully enter as she was being told she's not to enter. Those federal agents likely abide their best protocols to safeguard the well-being and privacy of the child and his mother, especially with numerous unvetted news personnel and onlookers.
Just as a suspect during an arrest or voluntary transfer to custody in matters other than immigration violations HAS TO SCHEDULE ATTORNEY CONSULTATIONS, Andrea the Angsty has to be professional and place her requests for meetings if they're made available at this stage of processing.
