Authorities in Kansas City have arrested and charged a man after an Amber Alert was issued for a missing 15-year-old girl and her grandfather was shot inside his home. An Amber Alert was issued for Brajean Sledge after she was reported missing Thursday from a home in the 2700 block of Elmwood Avenue.
