Show-Me AG Josh Hawley Too Fancy To Hit The Campaign Trail In Missouri?!?!

Sent by one of the smarter denizens of our blog community . . .

However . . . Let's be fair and objective . . . For so many voters, the only thing AG Josh Hawley has to do to win their vote is NOT be Sen. Claire McCaskill. That's a job he can do from home, the gym or at the office.

Nevertheless, this criticism is coming from Republicans whilst Democratic Party denizens are more than happy to cater to the guy's (alleged) sense of entitlement.

Checkit:

Politico - GOP golden boy mails it in -- Republicans worry that Josh Hawley, the party’s top Senate recruit, is squandering his opportunity to beat vulnerable Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill.

Deets:

In interviews with more than two dozen senior Republican strategists, donors, lawmakers and local officials, Hawley was depicted as a lackadaisical candidate who has posted sluggish fundraising numbers, turned down interviews with conservative radio show hosts, and spurned traditional GOP events considered a rite of passage for a potential U.S. senator.

"I am personally baffled and disappointed that the guy I've had on my show numerous times over the last four years and have been supportive of has been MIA," Mark Reardon, a veteran conservative radio show host in St. Louis whose program Hawley has shunned in recent months, said in an interview. "I'm pissed. I'm frustrated."

You decide . . .

  6. ^^^says the guy who has absolutely been wrong about everything you have ever written. The fact that you write in all caps only further illustrates the point that you are functionally illiterate and wholly without merit.

  7. Let's see... "RINO" - "Republican In Name Only", right?

That means a life-long Democrat who can't get nominated, so he wraps himself in the Flag, waves a Bible in the air, and fools the dumb-assed gullible Republicans into electing him President/Governor/Attorney General, doesn't it?

  9. Before McConnell spends millions of swamp money to force a RINO on Missouri, who should Republican VOTERS choose on their primary ballot:

    - Brian Hagg
    - Josh Hawley, Missouri Attorney General
    - Bradley Krembs
    - Tony Monetti, retired bomber pilot and assistant dean of aviation at University of Central Missouri
    - Kristi Nichols, activist and candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2010 and 2016
    - Ken Patterson, candidate for St. Louis County Executive in 2010
    - Austin Petersen, Libertarian candidate for President of the United States in 2016
    - Peter Pfeifer
    - Fred Ryman, Constitution nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2016
    - Christina Smith
    - Courtland Sykes, veteran and former congressional aide

Who is the most conservative candidate that should win the primary and beat weak ass Claire?

I'm split between Austin Petersen and Courtland Sykes. Petersen has great endorsements from the NRA and House Freedom Caucus members. Courtland is politically incorrect like Trump. I still need to check out Monetti.

  10. Retro is RIGHT.

Beverly Hills claire is just as lazy, but she pays people to do her work.

Time for Josh to wise up.

  11. Josh's biggest accomplishment as AG is to pursue non-existent evidence and total WITCH HUNT investigation to prop up an baseless impeachment case against a duly elected GOP Governor and overturn an election.

Yeah, let's send THAT GUY to DC to protect Trump's back.

How dumb does he think GOP voters are? Fuck you Josh.

  15. Hawley hates America! Proof? He attacks Navy SEAL Greitens, so he must be a Muslim. Anyone who votes for Hawley loves ISIS and al qaeda!!

  16. I sure thought the Missouri GOP had a decent candidate this time. Then Hawley goes and shows his true self and supports the crooked democrats in St. Louis.

    ReplyDelete
  17. ^^^ The VOTERS have NOT selected OUR candidate yet.

    The primary is August 7!!!

There is plenty of time to rally behind a decent non-Josh non-RINO candidate.

We need to decide on one and not let McConnell select Josh for us!!!

  18. Why does the Republican Party in Missouri have a "secret agenda" to keep Claire McKaskill in office?
