KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Every Memorial Day, we're used to seeing flags planted at grave sites to remember fallen heroes. At Brooking Cemetery this year, there was a different kind of marker: orange ribbons to honor children lost to gun violence. A new group called Sooner Than Later is responsible.
