Actually, it's more of guest appearance in support of the current Guv but still a campaign talking point that's playing out badly.

Yet another bad call or harmless sign of support???

  1. Huge mistake by Reid. The NFL is involved in too much politics as it is.

  3. wish they'd all spend the time training to win.

when athletes or astronauts or actors engage in politics, one has to resent their free-riding on their fame.

  4. Colyer needs some sizzle in the steak but it might be his very lack of drama that appeals to voters.

  8. It's just another sports celebrity endorsement. It's usually a shallow gesture and should be given the appropriate credibility.

Every two years, we have to hear George Brett proclaim he is a Yoder voter. Yawn.

What happened to shut up and sing, dribble, pitch, coach, or whatever. I guess when it'a for a Republican, it's OK.
