Judge dismisses Schlitterbahn charge against 1 defendant
A judge has dismissed an involuntary manslaughter charge against one of five defendants in the decapitation death of a 10-year-old Kansas boy on a water slide. Wyandotte County District Court Judge Robert Burns on Wednesday dropped charges against Schlitterbahn Waterpark of Kansas City, Kansas, in the 2016 death of Caleb Schwab on the Verruckt water slide.
At last all the money the Henry Family donated to the Republican Party over the years is starting to pay dividends!

Of course Wyandotte prosecutors will screw this case up. The only thing they are capable of doing well is corruption. They excel at corruption and covering each other, but that is about the only thing they are competent at.

Charging these people was stupid from outset and nothing more than a BS attempt to make it look like the state was "doing something"- besides dropping the ball when it comes to inspecting amusement park rides on a regular basis, like the state of Kansas should have been doing all along.
