  1. Solution: take kids away from parents who don't pay their rent and get evicted a lot, and bring them up in a group home. Visiting hours on Friday and Saturday nights, but only if the parents are sober.

  3. "A growing number of denizens among the KCMO inner-city have grown increasingly frustrated with Councilman Quinton Lucas and his dedication to the job at hand rather than focusing on future ambitions."

Seriously? I didn't even read past this. Look, Lucas and Reed will support anything - ANYTHING that someone, anyone might think of as "development" at any cost to KC residents. Who the eff cares if he runs for mayor? He has sold out his constituents and no one who has paid an iota of attention will vote for him. Like so many of out local politicians, he is all charisma with a self-serving agenda.

  4. Oh Bullshit, my mother was a loser and we had to move all the time due to her not paying the rent. But I graduated with a degree from KU (no thanks to mom) so that's a rather lame excuse for why kids are stupid today.

  5. The parents lack of discipline and sitting down with their children to help them study is one of them.

turning off the boob tube and getting them off the Playstation and XBox or take away their stupid cell phone. Not to mention the family tearing down program call FB.

it all starts in the home where communication levels have dropped drastically.

  6. Blame the teachers they are the worlds worse individuals. Most of them are bullies and have no business around any kids! Parents too!

  7. Start sterilizations in 5th grade, the area may begin to improve in 15 years or less.

  8. The District will never be accredited because they have low attendance numbers. Only about 50% attendance rate when 90% required. The district has manipulated the numbers and falsified reports.
