Greitens' lawyers seek to disqualify St. Louis prosecutors
Updated with ruling that attorney cannot represent investigator and ex-husband. ST. LOUIS * The judge in the Greitens case has disqualified the attorney for William Don Tisaby, an investigator hired by the prosecution, because of the appearance of a conflict of interest. Circuit Judge Rex Burlison made the ruling Monday afternoon.
But, he was a Navy Seal.
