ReplyDeleteIn over 30 years I or my Dad have never evicted anyone from one of our places. We have properties in KCK, Johnson and Miami counties. Sure we have had some who hit a hard spot in life and were behind a couple of months and we worked out a payment plan which so far has always worked.
ReplyDeleteBottom line is pay your rent when it is due if you can't contact the owner explain why work out a plan then bloody stick to it.
But I see so many bad prospects wanting to rent from us, bad credit and what not but they all seem to have their fancy clothes, new cars, and body art galore. People's priorities are so twisted anymore in thinking keeping up with and looking like the next person is more important than looking after oneself and spending within ones means.
