Our small KC business has always paid workers more than minimum wage. Others can too
We pay a fair wage not just because it's the right thing to do for the people who work for us, but because it's good for our business overall. Paying a decent wage has brought us dedicated employees and low turnover rates.
I Know I want my $275.00 an hour with a 40 hr. work week !!!

ReplyDeleteI remember when I was only earning $4.00 an hour, & my boss didn't think I was working hard enough. How much labor do you think you should receive for starvation wages?
