Olathe, KS - Devonte Dominique Wash, 26, of Kansas City, Kansas, has been charged with Capital Murder for the death of Ashley Harlan in January, according to the Johnson County District Attorney's Office. Bond is currently set at $5,000,000. Wash is expected to make his first appearance in District Court Friday at 1:30 p.m.
