Ross Ferguson/KMBC SOURCE: Ross Ferguson/KMBC Two people were taken to hospitals Friday morning after white powder was discovered in a letter at a downtown building. Kansas City firefighters were called about 9:30 a.m. to the 300 block of West Ninth Street after the powder was discovered.
