Pretty funny clip, but that guy is also pretty marginal when it comes to reaction time and anticipation. Plus, he draws this kind of traffic confusion to him by driving with "outrage" before he even gets in the car.

The attitude he has is the same one that guys on 10 speed bikes have rolling up and down city streets at 15 MPH. "The law is on my side, I have a right to this lane".
The law IS on their side and I am sure that that will be of some comfort in the wheelchair as they are fed jello through a tube.
Just drive defensively and stop worrying about how bad others are driving. Get out of their way and let karma do the rest.
