  3. Don't like Bezos but love Amazon. Convenient. No gas costs. No car doors slammed into mine. No walking. Almost anything I need/want right to my door. Prices usually appropriate. It's called progress. I have no obligation to support locals if they simply sell what everyone else sells. Most mall stores are national chain units, not local. Local stores with unique goods remain viable. If I shop Missouri stores, taxes go to sLIE and his developer buds anyway, so no real loss to city.

  6. The "benefits of diversity" has/is killing brick and mortar retail. Even grocery stores are offering delivery services so decent White people don't have to subject themselves to low IQ, low impulse-control Africans in America. For decades now, every city with a mall has, in fact, two malls--the regular mall and the mall where the White people used to go.

  7. 30 years ago the smallest, least visabile shop in Oak Park rented for $1800 a month. It was a card shop being ran by a doctors wife and his daughter as a tax write off. Lower rents now ? Maybe, might help save it.

  8. Support The Small Business community. The HUGE RETAILER HAS A HIGH LEASE ON THERE SPACE AND A HIGH OVER HEAD. AND FOR THE SMALLER MOM AND POP STORE SELL
YOUR PRODUCTS OVER THE INTERNET AS WELL AS A SMALLER STORE FRONT.Don't give the Land lords ten thousand dollars a month that is your profits .
