3 people, 2 companies now indicted in boy's death at Schlitterbahn Waterpark
Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said a Wyandotte County grand jury has indicted two more people and a corporation in connection with 10-year-old Caleb Schwab's death in August 2016 and injuries sustained by others while riding the Verrückt waterslide at Schlitterbahn Waterpark of Kansas City, Kansas.
murder charges are bull shit if this kids dad wasnt a lawmaker it would have been over long ago and the slide torn down
