TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! CITY HALL TOUTS DIVERSITY TRAINING AMID PRESSURE TO DISMISS KANSAS CITY FIREFIGHTER IF HE'S FOUND GUILTY OF SPITTING ON YOUNGSTER AND USING RACIAL SLUR AT HOOTERS!!!



First, let's focus on official word in the aftermath of breastaurant ruckus that has shaped our metro discourse this week . . .

Chris Hernandez, director of communications for Kansas City, released a statement to confirm Skeen is indeed a firefighter and paramedic for Kansas City, Mo.

Hernandez released the following statement:

"We can confirm that Jeremy Skeen has worked in the Kansas City, Missouri Fire Department since 2002, minus one year where he resigned in 2010 for personal reasons. He currently has the title of firefighter/paramedic.

"While we cannot comment on individual personnel or discipline issues, the City of Kansas City strongly values diversity and expects all employees to treat others with respect. As we build a workplace where everyone is valued, the city provides diversity and harassment training every 2-3 years.

"The most recent round of training started in November 2017, and 84% of Fire Department employees have currently completed the training course.

"This training is required of all full-time, part-time, seasonal and contract employees. New employees go through this same training course as part of their orientation."

Now here's where it gets interesting . . .

Of course we expect some fiery pressers and statements from colleagues but we'll have to wait and see if anybody is REALLY willing to stick their neck out for this guy as activists, politicos and national media demand "justice" before Overland Park courts have reached a verdict.

The last line says it all.

He hasn't even been found guilty yet. Let's at least give him a fair trial before we start calling for his firing.

^^^ That would be nice but it's not going to happen. The best thing he can do is maintain his innocence because he's going to get fired even if he tries to cop a plea and apologize.

It will be tough. It's very hard to prove assault charges and video might not show spitting.

So far there have been way more witnesses willing to talk to the media about what they say and the alleged actions of this guy rather than one anonymous radio call that says otherwise.

What I hope is that the statement from Hernandez hints that he'll have to do some pretty hefty sensitivity training if he takes a plea, which is mostly what happens in assualt cases for those who imagine there is going to be some of kind of lengthy trial. That's not usually the way it works, the lawyer & prosecutor almost always come to a compromise and nobody every presents "evidence" with misdemeanor charges like this.

Its hysterical that our government employees are still publicly kneeling at the holy alter of diversity. "Diversity is our strength" we must have the "benefits of diversity". Diversity is the reason The Plaza is dying. Diversity is the destroyer of our once great cities in a country drowning in tolerance. Western Civilization itself is visibly being destroyed by diversity (see Europe). A man who chose to place himself at great personal risk while saving lives as his profession is being publicly crucified--fuck Blacks and fuck diversity.

If there's no Hooters vid, no phone vids, then any impartial witness statement would be of uncertain bearing on the case. Knee-jerk jawing is all over the map. Race bait b.s., FD hateration, union bashers, and distrust of FBI (Crimmie Comey types--not the REAL agents) is getting much play. Patience, people.

Yeah, where is the big show for the local news cameras? No interviews in the first hours following the Hooters Hot Mess?What, no bawling babymama and saddy-faced babydaddy, who spends only a few days a month with his kid, declaring hurts beyond all measure? Yeah, nevermind that both parents say "nigguh", and worse, around the little tot. The payday, er, proper thing to do is to hold whitey to account,huh?

first and formost, what does the "person of interest's" vocation, that of a municipal firefighter, have to do with the alleged event...what is it that makes firefighters, police officers, Sheriff's Deputy's job description so suspect...what if the person was a bank teller, neuro surgeon, un-employed actor, any more suspect...what was a child doin' in a retail restaurant establishment un-supervised...aledgedly...did I spel that rite?...the absolute simple of the matter, the venue is that of a specific clientel, it is not a "family atmosphere" and should be treated as such...the child, un-supervised should NOT be there, and perhaps the parents ALSO....

Having met the person accused in this matter, I have to say, that he is the LAST person who would ever use that sort of language or spit at someone. He is a decent quiet guy. This is clearly a case of someone trying to racebait for cash and prizes. In two weeks, when this story proves to be the bullshit that it is, I hope everyone is a quick to jump off this bandwagon as quickly as they tried to get on.
