The Kansas City Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. Police said that incident happened around 7:08 p.m. near the 800 block of E. 107th Street near Blue Ridge Boulevard. Police said the driver of the motorcycle crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on.

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNW) - Governor Jeff Colyer, MD issued Drought declarations for Kansas counties at a press conference on Tuesday. Secretary of Agriculture Jackie McClaskey and Kansas Water Office Director Tracy Streeter were also in attendence. The declaration includes all 105 counties either in an emergency, warning or watch status.

Lee's Summit Police and school district officials are investigating after a threat was reportedly made against Lee's Summit West High School. In a joint release from the district and police, authorities said the district was made aware of rumors of a potential threat made on Snapchat.

Kansas City's own Tech N9ne to headline Boulevardia

Tech N9ne will be headlining the entertainment at this year's Boulevardia event. This year's event will be held on Friday, June 15 and Friday, June 16. As it is each year, it will be held in the Stockyards District in Kansas City. Tech N9ne is the final performer on Friday's lineup, according to organizers for the event.
