Man pleads guilty in fatal shooting at Olathe's Austins Bar & Grill
Deets:
He was charged with first-degree murder in the Feb. 22, 2017, shooting death of Srinivas Kuchibhotla, 32, and two counts of attempted murder when two other men were injured during the shooting.
Witnesses told investigators that Purinton yelled at Kuchibhotla, and Alok Madasani, 32, telling the men to "get out of my country" before opening fire.
Ian Grillot was shot when he tried to intervene.
Sentencing for Adam Purinton, 52, is scheduled for May.
