Missouri lawmakers are pushing what critics call a "guns everywhere" bill that would allow concealed weapons inside colleges, churches, daycares and bars - even without a permit. Just days after students across the country marched for stricter gun control, the Missouri state House rules committee passed its bill to extend places where gun owners can take a weapon, the Kansas City Star reported Wednesday.

Major agreement with the above poster . If you're not drinking , should be able to carry . If you are drinking carrying , you are arrested . Pretty much simple .

ReplyDeleteIt says you can't possess while intoxicated. It is very illegal. Class D Felony illegal.
ReplyDeleteIt says you can't possess AND discharge/handle a firearm while intoxicated. It was illegal across the board until they amended it with the handling/discharge and self defense clause. The dead tree media through a fit about it. The original statute, you could be prosecuted in your own home if you were under the influence and had a gun.
