SHOCK!!! JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR CHARGES RIGHT-WING GUNSLINGER DAVID JUNGERMAN WITH FIREARM FELONIES!!!
Right or wrong, locals know David Jungerman as the dude whose name was put on blast after Kansas City attorney Tom Pickert's murder.
His excuses were limp and a great many progressives have name checked the old school dude for his divisive politics and previous controversial behavior with guns.
Remember, Jackson County jury found the Raytown businessman liable for $5.75 million for shooting a homeless man on his business property in 2012, requiring the man to have his leg amputated below the knee.
In October 2012, just 26 days after the hobo was shot, Jungerman was accused of shooting two other men that he found on his property. One of the men, is suing Jungerman in a separate case.
He confronted criminal charges in another unrelated case. He's charged with harassment and first-degree attempted burglary.
Court records show in June 2016, Jungerman drove to a rental property he owned in Richards, MO.
Instead of going through the legal eviction process, he's accused of kicking in the front door holding onto a loaded gun in his waistband saying: "When you getting out, mother------?"

JUNGERMAN BUSTED FOR FELONY GUN CHARGES AS JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR "MEAN JEAN" PETERS BAKER PLAYS HARDBALL!!!
From the Prosecutor's Office:
KC business owner charged for shooting at someone trying to sell metal pipes
A Kansas City businessman has been charged with multiple felony counts for exhibiting and firing a weapon at someone believed to be selling stolen pipe, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
David Jungerman, dob: 3/03/1938, faces Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Class B felony), Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Class E felony), Assault 4th Degree (Misdemeanor) and Armed Criminal Action.*
According to court records filed today, Kansas City police were called by a party about two persons who had just brought in hundreds of pounds of iron pipe to be sold at a Kansas City recycling business. The calling party stated he was armed. Yelling and arguing could be heard in the background. Video surveillance from the recycling business showed the defendant, David Jungerman, removed a handgun from his jacket and pointed it at one victim multiple times. After he pointed the gun close to the victim's face, the victim turned and ran away. At one point a shot was fired. He then pointed the weapon at another victim, a woman, while he appeared to try to pull her from a vehicle. Jungerman, who owns a business at 131 Belmont, told police later he fired the shot as a warning.
Police recovered a .38 revolver with 1 spent shell casing and four live rounds from the defendant's vehicle.
Prosecutors requested a bond of $1,000,000 cash.
KCUR: He could be heard on an obscenities-laden 911 call accusing the man, shooting his weapon and telling police “I’ve got a gun on him,” the charging documents say.
