I live in a neighborhood that is filling up with Airbnb providers. Owner-occupied, short-term rentals are fine, as there is someone there to monitor the renters. But when a neighborhood begins to fill with entire houses that are vacant, then full, then vacant, then full, and the owner of the house does not live nearby, it's an opportunity for trouble and disquiet within that residential area.
