ACTIVISTS DEMAND MSM REPORT IDENTITY OF FIREMAN WHO ALLEGEDLY USED RACIAL SLUR AND SPIT ON YOUNGSTER AT OVERLAND PARK HOOTERS!!!
They say that a "breastaurant" is supposed to be a happy place but a recent ruckus at a racy golden ghetto chicken wing dispensary has left patrons enraged and demanding accountability.
Here's the sitch for those who haven't seen it already . . .
KCTV5: Child called racial slur, spat on by firefighter at Overland Park Hooters
He said he saw a child wander away from his family and, when the family member came to retrieve the preschool-aged kid, is when another customer used a racial slur and spat at the child.
He thought a physical altercation would follow, but instead police were called to the restaurant.
The witness said he was even more shocked when police came inside and interview the man in question, who told police he was a first responder . . . His immediate response was ‘It’s ok, I’m a fireman,’ like that was supposed to blanket cover everything for him,” the witness said.
Overland Park police said they are speaking with the family again today, that there are several witnesses, and that that firefighter could be charged with battery and making a criminal threat.
A glimpse at the local reporting promo . . .
And so . . .
KANSAS CITY METRO ACTIVISTS NOW DEMAND THAT TV NEWS ID THE FIREFIGHTER WHO WHO ALLEGEDLY COMMITTED THIS REPORTEDLY DISGUSTING ASSAULT AGAINST A YOUNGSTER!!!
A recent statement that seems to be gaining momentum . . .
"Make the media show his racist face. He should be fired! Our tax dollars pay his salary!"
A few dozen retweets and shares later we got this DM from a local newsie friend of the blog . . .
"We're waiting too. As soon as we can get a copy of the incident report we're doing a follow-up. I get where some people are coming from with this; we notice a lot of foot dragging on the suspect ID that's usually public information. But I have a feeling it'll be out there soon enough."
And so local media seems to be asking locals for patience amid a racial drama and the culture war that has now embroiled a place that's famous for skimpy outfits and tasty food.
