  3. If Independence can tear down a dangerous building that represents a threat to its population, why can't Kansas City?

    There are TWO dangerous buildings that present a clear danger to all the residents of the area that should be torn down.

    They are both located between Oak and Locust streets, one just north of 12th street and the other immediately south.
